Mark delivers heat recovery units to Leiber Group in Ruda Śląska
Mark Climate Technology has installed two Mark Airstream heat recovery units at the LEIBER Group production hall in Ruda Śląska (Poland)
The Leiber Group designs, develops, and manufactures lightweight metal components for various industrial applications. The company was founded in 1965 and is based in Emmingen-Liptingen, Germany with production sites in Ruda Śląska, Poland.
At the production site in Poland two Mark Airstream CFX heat recovery units have been installed. Both heat recovery units are equipped with a counter flow heat exchanger which has an efficiency of 90%. This means that 90% of the discharged energy is transmitted back to the fresh supply air.
Each of the Mark Airstream units has additionally been provided with a G+ high efficient condensing heating module, used as an after-heating module in case of this application. Because of this, the device will be in part-load operation most of the time. This automatically enables the highest efficiency of the unit.
The Mark Airstream is provided with an integrated “plug and play” control system, which is also equipped with a built-in webserver so that the heat recovery unit can be remotely monitored.
Both heat recovery units were manufactured according to Ecodesign EU1253/2018 and are RLT A+ certified. The units provide 22.000 m3/h and 11.500 m3/h of fresh air accordingly.
