State-of-the-art machinery

In recent months, Mark Climate Technology’s machinery has been expanded with two brand new Trumpf production machines. With the arrival of the TruBend Center 7030 fully automatic bending machine and the TruLaser 1030 fiber laser cutting machine, the capacity of our pre-production department is doubled.

Laser cutting machine

The TruLaser 1030 fiber laser cutter can cut quickly and efficiently with the latest fiber technology. Because the laser machine is linked to the TruStore warehouse, short lead times are achieved and laser cutting can take place unmanned day and night. The TruLaser is also equipped with a conveyor belt (Partmaster) with which the cut parts are sorted efficiently and ergonomically.

With the arrival of the new production machines, the capacity of our pre-production department is doubled.

Fully automatic bending machine

The TruBend Center 7030 bending machine has a high dimensional accuracy due to the automatic angle measuring system and short changeover times due to the automatic tool change system. Thanks to the automatic loading of raw material and the unloading of products that are ready, unmanned production can also be carried out.

Thanks to the new software package (TruTops Boost Software), both the laser cutting machine and the bending machine can be programmed in one package. The bending program can be generated automatically from a 3D drawing.
