VertiFlow is the ultimate efficient all-in-one solution for ventilating large industrial halls. This compact, decentralised unit incorporates all the necessary components, meaning that extensive ductwork within the building is not required and installation remains simple and cost-effective.

The integrated air distributor, with separate cooling and heating settings, ensures an even distribution of air throughout the hall with minimal heat and duct losses.

When combined with a heat pump, the VertiFlow also offers a sustainable solution for both after-heating and after-cooling. This creates a future-proof and energy-efficient climate control solution that ensures optimum comfort in any industrial hall.

Construction of the VertiFlow

The VertiFlow is constructed with 45 mm prefab insulated panels. The mechanical strengths of the casing have been tested according to NEN-EN 1886:

  • Deflection: Class D1
  • Air leakage: Class L1
  • Thermal transmission: Class T2
  • Thermal bridging: Class TB2

The fans in the VertiFlow units are fitted with energy-efficient motors using DC technology. The advantages of DC motors are:

  • High efficiency for energy-efficient operation
  • Up to 50% energy saving in case of partial load
  • Infinitely variable control from 0–100%
  • Long lifetime
  • Integrated electronic thermal protection
  • Low noise level

Construction of the air duct and integrated louvre

The VertiFlow air duct is constructed from high-quality materials and ensures robust and durable air distribution between the unit and the hall. The design has been specifically developed for industrial applications and guarantees reliable and efficient operation.

The integrated louvre system ensures precisely adjustable air distribution. Thanks to adjustable louvres, controlled by a servomotor, the airflow can be easily adapted to the operating mode and room height. This allows the air to be directed effectively for both heating and cooling, resulting in an even temperature and a comfortable indoor climate.

Standard equipment
  • 45 mm environmentally friendly foam sandwich panel
  • The outer panelling consists of galvanized plate coated in RAL 9002 (white – grey). Other colors available on request at extra cost.
  • The internal panelling is made of Magnelis ZM310 with a C4 corrosion resistance
  • Thermal-bridge-free cabinet construction with aluminum profiles
  • Seamless connection of the panels to the inside with rubber seal (hygienic)
