Maintenance Service

A malfunction in the heating systems is always inconvenient. The service department of Mark Climate Technology is well prepared for a variety of disturbances. Mark Climate Technology offers the possibility to set up customized contracts. Roughly there are two types of contracts:

Mark “Standard” Malfunction Contract

  • Your malfunction problem is treated with priority within 72 hours;
  • You do not pay travel time or mileage costs, only the hours the mechanic actually makes will be charged;
  • The defect is repaired by a mechanic from Mark Climate Technology;
  • Repair takes place with original, approved parts;
  • You will receive a clear error and recovery report;
  • Service delivery on working days after 18.00 hours and on weekends.

Mark “Priority” Malfunction Contract

  • Your malfunction problem is treated with priority within 36 hours;
  • You do not pay travel time or mileage costs, only the hours the mechanic actually makes are will be charged;
  • The defect is repaired by a mechanic from Mark Climate Technology;
  • Repair takes place with original, approved parts;
  • You will receive a clear error and recovery report;
  • Service delivery on weekdays after 18.00 hours and on weekends.
